Poster presentations

There will be 3 poster pitch sessions divided over first 3 conference days. Please check in the program in which session you are scheduled. In the morning you can pick up special tape at the registration desk and hang up your poster (Max. A0 and printed by yourself). Hang your poster on the board with the number that correspond with your abstract tracking number. Besides that are all poster presenters of the day are invited to present their work in a one-slide/one-minute pitch. If you want to give this one-minute pitch, please send your poster in 1 PowerPoint slide to the conference secretariat (info@icaf2023.nl) before June 22, 2023

Best Poster Award

The award will be given to the best poster presented at the conference. It rewards a combination of excellent research, innovation, and presentation. During the afternoon breaks each attendee can cast her/his vote for the best poster presentation of that day. To this end a Menti meter code will be provided. Poster winners will be recognized publicly at the end of each day. The winner will receive a certificate and monetary award of €500,=.

Oral presentations

A regular oral presentation is 20 minutes per speaker (including questions and discussion). Advise is to prepare a 15 minutes presentation. All presentation should be given in English. The lecture stage is fully equipped with a computer, projector and microphones. There will be no time to upload your presentation during the sessions. You can therefore upload your presentation before the 1st session or during the break/lunch before your session. Please be on time and do not forget to inform your session chair about your presence. We would really appreciate your presence during the complete session so we can reschedule presentations in case other presenters do not show up.

Not more than two platform presentations by the same author will be accepted.
